Scrimmagez is a scheduling platform that helps youth sports coaches
find and book scrimmages with other teams. Post your availability,
search for opponents, message coaches, and manage everything from
one convenient dashboard.
Yes! Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card
required. You can explore all features, schedule scrimmages, and see
if Scrimmagez is right for your team before committing.
Scrimmagez is built for youth sports coaches of all levels — travel
coaches, league coaches, school coaches, and anyone who wants to get
their team more game experience. If you coach a team, Scrimmagez is
for you.
We currently support soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball,
football, and hockey. More sports are being added based on coach
demand. If your sport isn't listed, contact us and let us know!
Account & Profile
Click "Start Free Trial" or "Create Account" anywhere on the site.
Fill in your name, email, team details, and sport — it takes under 2
minutes. You can also sign up with Google or Apple.
We verify coaches through a quick process to ensure everyone on the
platform is legitimate. This builds trust in the community and
ensures quality matchups. Verification takes just a few minutes and
only needs to be done once.
Yes! You can create and manage multiple team profiles from a single
account. Switch between teams with one tap. Perfect for coaches who
head multiple teams across different age groups or sports.
Log in and go to your team profile settings. You can update your
logo, roster, skill level, age group, home field location, and
preferences anytime. Changes appear immediately.
Scheduling & Scrimmages
Log in, go to your dashboard, and click "Post Scrimmage Request."
Set the date, time, location, sport, age group, and any
requirements. Coaches can then find your request and reach out to
schedule.
Use the search page to filter by sport, age group, skill level,
location, and date. Browse open requests and reach out to coaches
directly. You can also save your favorite searches.
When a coach invites your team, you'll get an instant notification.
Open it and tap Accept or Decline. If you accept, the scrimmage is
auto-added to your calendar. You can also send a polite note when
declining.
Yes! Confirmed scrimmages automatically sync with Google Calendar
and Outlook. Connect your calendar in your account settings. No more
double-booking — ever.
You'll get an instant notification if a scrimmage is cancelled or
rescheduled. The calendar entry is updated automatically. You can
also cancel a scrimmage yourself, and the other coach will be
notified immediately.
Messaging & Notifications
Find a coach or scrimmage request and click "Message." Your
conversation stays inside Scrimmagez so everything is in one place.
You'll be notified when they reply.
You'll get notifications for scrimmage invitations, confirmations,
new messages, cancellations or changes, upcoming reminders, and
reviews. You can customize which notifications you receive in your
settings.
Yes! Go to your account notification settings and toggle each
category on or off for both in-app and email. Only get the alerts
that matter to you.
